Sales Terms and Conditions
These are the terms and conditions which apply to the delivery by us to you of products purchased by you from us online at www.caninero.com from Caninero Shop . Please note that terms and conditions may vary depending on the time of your visit to the Caninero Shop.
Caninero Shop and the products supplied through them are provided by K9 Brands Oy, Business Identity Code: 2632168-9, Poijutie 14 B, 00980 HELSINKI, FINLAND (referred to here as “we”, “us” and “our”).
You may only purchase from Caninero Shop if you are aged 18 years or over.
Products available for sale on Caninero Shop are subject to these terms and conditions. By placing an order for products on Caninero Shop you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, and you are bound by the version available on Caninero Shop at the date of placing your order.
Purchasing products
Our offers in the Caninero Shop are non-binding. In the Caninero Shop, you can select products and by placing orders to us, you are making a binding offer to purchase the products selected by you. Where you order more than one item your order comprises a series of offers for each item individually
Once you have placed your order online, we will send you an order acknowledgement email which will contains details of the products you have ordered, the total cost of the order including (standard) delivery and indicate an estimated delivery date for your products to the delivery address specified in your order. It is essential that you submit an accurate email address when placing your order.
Please note that the order acknowledgement is simply an acknowledgement that your order has been received by us; it does not indicate that we have accepted your order and does not form a binding contract. Acceptance of your order will take place only when we dispatch the products to you. Until we dispatch your products no contract will have been formed between you and us.
Although we hope to be able to supply all products ordered, we reserve the right, at our discretion and without the need to give reasons, not to accept any offer at any time before it has been accepted. Should we refuse your order we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from sale at any time, and our only liability to you for withdrawing any products will be to refund to you any money paid to us in respect of those products which we are no longer able to supply.
Products
We make every effort to ensure that the images of the products on Caninero Shop are accurate and correct at all times. However, the colors of products as shown website will depend on many factors – including your display settings. In addition, the sizes and shapes of the products may differ in real life from how they appear on your screen. We provide dimensions and measurements in the descriptions of the products and it is your responsibility to check that the actual size of each item is suitable for your purpose.
Please note that pictures and images on the website are for illustration purposes only. For an accurate description of any item and details of what is included with the item, you need to read the corresponding written description.
Pricing
Prices and availability of products may be changed at any time without notice. The price at which you agree to purchase the products is the price stated on the Caninero Shop at the time you place your order.
All prices shown are inclusive of Finnish VAT and other applicable Finnish taxes. The prices shown do not include the delivery fee, which will be added to your total order price. The delivery fee can be calculated according to your postcode, the weight, size, nature and value of your goods.
While we try and ensure that all prices on Caninero Shop are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If your order is cancelled and you have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund.
If you decide to cancel your order after we have informed you of a pricing error and you have already paid for the products, we will give you a full refund as soon as reasonably possible.
Payment
Products and their delivery fee are paid upon order through third-party payment services (Maksukaista) provided by Paybyway Oy (Business Identity Code: 2486559-4, www.maksukaista.fi, asiakaspalvelu@maksukaista.fi, Laserkatu 6, 53850 Lappeenranta, Finland) that is registered with and supervised by the Finnish Financial Supervisory (www.finanssivalvonta.fi/en).
Paybyway Oy provides the financial and payment service to us in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Payment will be made through Maksukaista webservices and payments are made to Paybyway Oy, which will direct the payments to us.
At Maksukaista you can pay with the following methods: (i) Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, (ii) Visa-, Visa Debit-, Visa Electron, MasterCard-, and Debit MasterCard -cards and (iii) Jousto, Everyday and Euroloan.
The contractual relationship regarding your purchase of products from Caninero Shop is between us and you. Please note that taking payments do not mean that we have accepted your order and, in the event of us not accepting your order, a full refund will be given as soon as reasonably possible.
Delivery and delivery costs
We ship products every working day.
We aim to deliver your order within 14 days of placing your order, depending on stock availability and where you live. We cannot guarantee that all the ordered products are available in our inventory at all times but we will ship these as soon as possible. Partial deliveries of products included in the same order shall be permitted, provided that the products can be used separately.
In the event that a product is not available or cannot be delivered in time, we shall inform you as quickly as possible. If the product is no longer available in the foreseeable future, we reserve the right not to accept your offer. In this case, we shall reimburse any payments you have made to us in respect of the order as quickly as possible.
Delivery costs include mailing and packaging costs. You can check the costs after choosing the payment and delivery method. We deliver the packages in mail packages and maxi-letters. More information on choices of packages and delivery methods can be read from www.posti.fi.
Return Policy
This return policy only applies to consumers and do not apply to retailers or business owners/companies.
Non-consumers are only entitled to return products in case of faulty delivery or damage that is our liability.
Right to cancel
Where you place an order through Caninero Shop you can cancel your order at any time up until 14 days after the day on which the products are delivered to (or are available for your pick-up at the location chosen by you as the method of delivery) you and we will provide a full refund of the price and any standard delivery and other charges which you have incurred.
If your order comprises of more than one item which are delivered on separate days, you may cancel your contract in respect of all of the products up to the end of the day which is 14 days after the day on which you receive the last of the separate products ordered.
How to cancel
If you wish to cancel an order or contract, you just need to let us know that you have decided to cancel. You can do this by phone or in writing to the following address: [shop[at]caninero.com].
Please have your order acknowledgement email to hand and be ready to quote your order number and to specify which goods you want to return.
You can alternatively complete the cancellation form provided at the end of this Return Policy and send it to use the addresses provided above.
You must always clearly specify which products you wish to return.
Whether of the method you send your cancellation notice, the cancellation will take effect on the day it is sent to us.
You shall send back the products as quickly as possible and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the products before the period of 14 days has expired.
You agree to take reasonable care of the products from the time that they are delivered to you until the time that they are returned. The returned products must be in the same condition and quantity as delivered to you by us.
In case all the products are not returned to us or are decreased in value or damaged due to you, we have no obligation to refund full price paid for the products.

Where you cancel the contract after the products have been delivered you agree to return the products to us by post to following address:

- – copy of the order confirmation or delivery list
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the products are returned to us. We strongly suggest that you obtain proof of postage from the postal office when you return it.
Refunding your money
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you in respect of all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), as quickly as possible. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the products, whichever is the earliest.
Other terms
This returns policy does not take away any statutory consumer rights you may have.
